whole of his career specialised in structural engineering. Projects have included
factories, office blocks, house extensions and schools encompassing design in

traffic safety division of the firm. After pioneering work on the development of
traffic safety auditing he has for five years headed the team providing safety

of Electrical Engineers has a lifelong experience of mechanical and electrical
engineering in the railway sector specialising in locomotives and rolling stock
of all types and equipment for servicing facilities.

Jim Sproul an Incorporated Engineer was an Assistant Principal Safety Engineer in local
government until 1994. He was associated with the development of the concept of
road safety auditing. Since 1994 he has been involved with a wide range of road
safety issues.
