    Sub consultants to Parsons Brinckerhoff International
    Study to determine safety concept standards to be adopted for the integrated tunnel system from Panchiao to beyond Nankang. The standards proposed included twin and triple track spacing, line side walkways and staff safety clearances, emergency exit spacing, ventilation design and control, signs, pictograms, lighting and emergency station halts.

    Study into the feasibility of introducing a train information and describer system into the Delhi region. Different technical solutions were considered and the cost effectiveness evaluated by calculating all economic costs (capital and recurrent) of each of the technical options and discounting the resulting streams to obtain present day values.
