Scissor Lift Platform
    Design and inspection of a hydraulic scissor lift platform with a vertical travel of 8.m to carry a working load of 25 tons.

 

 

Mirror Factory
    Design and inspection of structural engineering content of a factory development of two adjacent structures including soil survey and interpretation. The shops and offices were supported on a rafted foundation with a Reinforced Concrete basement and the factory on piles with caps and ground beams. Both superstructures were steel framed with prestressed concrete floors and a profiled sheet roof.

 

 

Lloyds Bank, Clapham
    Design and supervision of structural engineering content for the alteration, refurbishment and extension into the adjoining property and at the rear. The structure included removing two boundary walls at ground floor, design temporary pinning of the 4 storeys over introducing framing to give a clear opening, extending the basement and alterations to the facade.

 

 

Roehampton Club, Squash Courts
    Design and inspection of engineering content for the erection of two competition courts and one display court with spectator seating including gym facilities and assembly room. The structure consisting of loadbearing walls and precast slabs and insitu terracing with a flat roof on preformed steel trusses.

 

 

Lufthansa Heathrow, Freight Handling
    Design and inspection of engineering content for the removal of trusses and erection of tapered beams to increase storey height to accommodate increased services.

 

 

Coombe Vane/Vane House, Kingston
    Design and inspection of engineering content for the repairs and refurbishment of a 400 year old building damaged by fire. The work included survey, report, strengthening of floors, introduction of a new stair, roof repairs and loft extension.

 

 

Territorial Army
    Design and supervision of building structures on 15 sites. The design included new buildings on existing sites and refurbishment of existing structures.
